These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by AZ ACLS, LLC (“AZ ACLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description
When you provide your mobile phone number to AZ ACLS — for example, when booking a certification class through our online scheduling form at www.azacls.com — you agree to receive text messages from us. These messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, certification renewal reminders, post-class thank-you and review requests, and occasional offers to renew an expired certification.
Consent
Students opt in on our online booking form at app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=22067253 (linked from www.azacls.com). Before booking any class, the student must check a box that reads: “I agree to receive appointment reminders, renewal reminders, and class follow-up texts from AZ ACLS. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” The booking form also links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. By checking this box, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from AZ ACLS at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and certification renewal dates.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. AZ ACLS does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability.
Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes.
